Raise the Shed
Together We Grow. Together We Thrive.
The “Raise The Shed” effort is in direct support of The Provisions Promised Pantry. The Shed will provide a separate storage facility to house the pantry supplies on a portion of property owned by Bethel AME Church in Freehold, NJ. The funds provided will help with:
- The construction of the shed to store supplies and support the efficiency of The Provisions Promised Pantry.
- Purchasing of a van to amplify the goals of The Pantry, allowing us to enhance food distribution through more product, making deliveries to those without transportation or mobility, and provide support to smaller pantries in the area.
- Clearing the allotted property for use by the Steele CDC for placement of the shed and a future community garden—coming soon!

Food insecurity remains a high priority in the community, particularly with inflation.
Your support will allow the Steele CDC to enhance food distribution and food access through more product, more accessibility, and acting as another support to food pantries throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
